Orders and Artwork Information

Order Submissions:

 

Orders are accepted by our “Submit for Quote” form or by email at info@pressgangsupply.com.

We’ll need to see your artwork, or have a general idea of what you need, to get the process moving forward.  If you submit artwork, we’ll take a look and return a price quote and mockups if the artwork is 100% print ready.

If your artwork requires additional work or if we need to produce the artwork from scratch, we will work with you to ensure the final product is up to your specifications. Once you receive the price quote, you can approve it and send it back to us or request changes.

 

Quotes:

 

We’ll provide a mock-up version of your design on a t-shirt template and send it to you with your price quote. When reviewing the mockup, make sure you are aware of the garment color you are planning to use and make a note if you plan to use more than one color garment. Let us know if you have any specific Pantone colors in mind, if not we’ll work with you to get it right. Be sure your artwork is scaled and sized correctly and indicated on the mockup.

Turnaround Time:

 

Turnaround times are typically from 2-4 weeks.  Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.

 

Artwork Guidelines:

 

We’ll work with you to get it right. The easiest and quickest to work with are vector files that end with .ai, .pdf, or .eps. If your unit crest or emblem was created recently by hiring the Army Institute of Heraldry or a commercial agent you should have been provided one of these file types for reproduction.

 

We can also create a vector file from image files ending with .gif, .jpg, or .tiff at no charge for military entities but we generally don’t do complete logo redesign. If you’re unsure just ask.

 

Some designs may need to be modified slightly for printing, especially either single color jobs and designs with eight or more colors where we may strongly recommend knocking the number of colors down to a practical figure. We’ll do this at no cost to you.

Artwork Sizing:

 

For your awareness, designs larger than 12″x16″ will incur a slight additional charge, if this is an issue we’ll work with you to get it to fit.

Artwork Submissions:

 

To get artwork over to us you can email us at artwork@pressgangsupply.com as long as the files are less than 15 MB in size (not common to be larger than this). If the files are larger we’ll find a way.
